we have been in business for over 30 years and selling on eBay for over 20 years! we are not a dealer and we do not stock anything. we buy and sell in all kinds of markets and do not have in depth knowledge of most of the items we sell. we list all items to the very best of our ability and will do everything in our power to work with our customers! so you can feel confident that any purchase you make from us is exactly as shown and described and if not we will make it right.​​​​​​​
shipping delivery  
order cutoff is at 1 pm (weekdays) all orders that are received and paid for
before 1 pm will be shipped out same day (unless it is LTL or there is a problem with the order). all orders received after 1 will ship the next business day (which is monday for all orders received after 1 am friday). if the item is heavy and it will need to go LTL freight, just message me with your address and i will get a freight rate for you.
we use ALL CARRIERS. regardless of what carrier is shown in the listing we may use any major carrier to get the item to you based on many criteria and costs. if you NEED the package to go a certain carrier than you will just have to pay the extra funds to make that happen (if necessary). USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL.
returns 
many of our listed items are used and/or surplus and there are no returns if that's the case! so please make sure that you really want to purchase the item before clicking to buy it!in all other cases we accept returns. however, the return shipping will be your responsibility! this is a big deal for any heavy item, so again, be very sure you want the item before buying.
making offers
most of our items include the MAKE OFFER button. once you click this button and make an offer it is legal and binding. if we accept your offer it will automatically process and become a sale. we may also decline or counter offer. we DO NOT entertain offers or discuss pricing through messages. if you are serious about buying an item you can submit a legal offer using the make offer button.
